Go to Print Options on the File tab, and select the option worded something like 1 Page Per Sheet. Open the drop down, select scale to paper size.

A document which have made in paper size of Legal, I wish to print the same document in a paper size of A4. In Word 2010's print menu I cannot find the pull down menu of "Scale to fit Paper size" for the doing the same. The same tab ("Scale to fit paper size") is available in Word 2007 is seems to be not available with Word 2010. Please advice me that what can I do for print larger size document in an A4 size.

Word 2010
Has anyone noticed certain types of images do not display correctly in Word? Nor do they display in the Table of Figures, even though a caption was inserted.

It appears that pictures still display correctly, though.
